Directions:

1) Sauté 1–2 lb sausage (no casing) and 1 chopped onion.

2) Add soup mix (except pasta) + 8–10 C water. Boil, cover, simmer ~1½ hr, until beans tender.

3) Add pasta, 3 C kale, 1 C table cream and 1 C ricotta.

4) Simmer ~15 min, until pasta cooked.

Salt & pepper. Add cooked tortellini (optional).
