What Our Crew Are Saying

Hi, my name’s Grady and I’ve been working at Mitchell’s since October of 2021. It’s a bold statement, but a very true one; this is hands down the best Job I’ve ever had. I’ve worked for a lot of different companies and seen a lot of different work environments, but nothing really compares to this one.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is that I'm making a product for Canadians as a fellow Canadian. There’s fulfillment in the work that I do here everyday because not only are we feeding local families, but also helping families in need internationally. I feel a lot of pride in that.

This place has definitely changed my long term goals. I thought working for Mitchell’s was just going to be just another job that provided for me while I saved up for College, but I just can’t think about leaving. I don’t know if I’ll go back to school, I see myself sticking around here long term. I hope to ‘climb the ranks’ within Mitchell’s and see where it takes me.

Hi, I’m Tania and I’ve worked at Mitchell’s since July of 2021. There’s a lot of great things to say about working here, but the best part is our small community.

When I head out for the day to come here I don’t ever have to drag myself to go; I want to be here and I want to do the very best that I can that day. There's immense support from everyone on a day to day basis, and I want to do well because I know that I’m taken care of. It’s easy to say Mitchell’s feels less like a job and more like a second home.

Hi, my name is Adrienne and I’ve been a part of Mitchell’s since the beginning of 2022. When I was seeking a change of scenery in my professional career, I wanted to make sure that my next job was with a company whose morals and values aligned with my own. In the time I’ve been here, I’ve seen what Mitchell’s provides to communities outside of the immediate products that we sell - knowing we’re supporting others across the globe with the work that we do here is incredibly rewarding.

But it’s not just what we do on the outside, inside our workplace is something rather special. Since my first day on the job it has been nothing short of a positive environment with the utmost friendly and supportive staff. It’s easy to see a great community is being built here.

Hi, I’m Corson and I’ve been here at Mitchell’s since June of 2021. I’m not afraid to admit that I’ve never liked coming in to work, but I enjoy coming in to work here. That’s really hard to say for most places and I think that it says a lot about what we do here.

The best part about Mitchell’s though is the people. The company culture is just a lot different to other places; we act as a family and perform as a team.
