Bacon Corn Chowder Mix

Cooking Instructions

1) Cook 1 package (500g) bacon in oven until crispy. Remove bacon, chop, and set aside 3 tbsp bacon drippings. In large pot sauté 1/2 onion and 3 chopped celery stalks in the 3 tbsp bacon drippings.

2) Add 8 C water, 3-4 cubed potatoes, the chopped bacon, and package contents. Bring to boil, then simmer with lid for 30 min (until potatoes are soft).

3) Add 2 C cream/milk, and 1/4 C butter, and simmer for 5 min.

Season with salt and pepper, garnish with more bacon and chive.
