Cooking Instructions
1) In large pot, sauté 1 chopped onion and 1 - 2 lbs cubed chicken, in oil.

2) Pinch bag below orzo, pour out orzo and set aside for later. Add remaining package ingredients and 7 cups of water. Bring to boil, then simmer with lid for 60 mins.

3) Add orzo, 4 tbsp tomato paste, 4 C chopped spinach, and 2 C milk or cream; simmer for 15 mins.

Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parmesan cheese.
