Arva Cheddar & Chive Beer Bread

What is Beer Bread you may ask?  Arva Beer Bread is a “Quick Bread” that doesn’t require the addition of yeast or proofing to make the bread rise.

Fun and easy to make, simply add a beer or carbonated beverage of your choice, a bit of melted butter, whisk with a fork and pour mixture in a greased loaf tin. Pop in the oven for 45 minutes and you have a wonderful savoury or sweet side to complement any meal, or special occasion.
