Rockin Moroccan Soup Mix
Inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine, our Moroccan soup is bursting with flavour. Made with apple, orange, sweet potato and honey, this vegetarian dish is both sweet and savoury, thanks to our most complex spice blend with hints of saffron and rose petal.

1) In large pot, boil 10 C water; add 1 peeled, diced orange, chickpeas and fruit from package (pinch bag to remove top portion); bring to a hard boil, then simmer covered 45-60 min (or until chickpeas start to soften).
2) Add remaining package contents, 1 C carrot, 1 C onion, 2 C peeled and cubed yam or sweet potato, 2 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp butter; cook for 15-20 min.
3) Add 2 C peeled, chopped apple; cook 10-15 min longer, or until apples are soft. Add extra water as needed. Season with salt and pepper.
INGREDIENTS FIELD HARVESTED. INSPECT FOR ELEMENTS OF NATURE.
Add 1 C diced onions and 1 C chopped carrots with 3 TBSP butter and sauté with lid off.
Add 10 C water, 1 peeled diced orange, 2 C peeled cubed yams, 2 TBSP honey, 2 C peeled chopped apples and package contents.
Secure lid and close vent and set to SOUP for 45 minutes.
Quick Release. Enjoy!!
